Amazing service! They replaced the broken spring, tuned the entire system, and even adjusted my opener settings. The tech explained everything and made sure I understood the changes.
Our garage door had a broken sensor and wouldn’t close all the way. They came out and fixed it efficiently, even explaining how to prevent the issue in the future. While the repair was perfect, I took one star off because the phone representative wasn’t the friendliest. In-person service was excellent, though.
I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this garage door company. They arrived late and didn’t properly assess the problem. The repair was rushed, leaving the door misaligned and noisy. Additional fees were added at the end without explanation. Customer support was rude and dismissive when I asked for corrections. Overall, it was a stressful and costly experience.
Customer service was very unhelpful. When I called back about an issue after the repair, they ignored my concerns and refused to come back without another charge.
Our door kept making a loud click every time it opened. The tech found loose hardware and a worn-out roller. He fixed both and gave the whole thing a tune-up.
