Friendly Staff that is Very Customer Oriented. The Dave Marcis Collection is Fabulous!
First phone call to this company was a terrible experience. Why? The guy that answered the phone told me he was very busy...and basically didn't have time to help me. Then he told me that he really didn't know about machines and I would have to talk to the owner because he's the one who knows everything. Tisk Tisk. So, it's either crappy Grainger or these noodle heads. I'm screwed.
