I know, Faith regional would like surveys and feedback. Unfortunately, I hate to have to post negative feedback, but I had a terrible experience today. For one I usually go to the urgent care because it’s convenient and much easier to go there rather than waiting to get seen by my primary. Sign up an about an hour before closing time that they cannot accept more people…. Two cars in parking lot… they just wanted to leave early.
I was camping nearby and had an issue that required medical attention. Nurse Practitioner, Abby, was awesome! She listened to my concerns and provided treatment accordingly. She treated a "painful" situation very "gently", laying out expectations in advance. Since she had to work with both me and my friend who accompanied me, I am sure we were a bit challenging! She handles emergencies well and would make an awesome primary care provider. Abby, if you are reading this, thank you!
I do not know how they are still open this is the worst clinic i been in if i could leave a worst review i would 100% never come here.
