I have no complaints. I've been renting here for a few months and I love it. I am a little surprised to see the negative reviews. And some make no sense to me. First is the comment about the gangs. I have yet to see them. This is a family community and from the time I wake up in the morning until well after dark I see kids out riding their bikes, parents pushing kids in strollers and lots of joggers. 2009-Don't Dare to rent it was good until first half of 2008; Now, the management is unprofessional; no maintenance. once rented, you are no one to them; old fixtures; you may be asked to pay the cost while vacating. their new policy is to charge outgoing tenants for replacing carpets and all re decorations; they will rip you off while leaving; don't dare to rent.
there sneaky Unprofessional the manager is out to best suite her, the maintenance, staff has no idea what they are doing, they have a serious gang problem, an lets not for get the section 8 that is there, i don't recommend this complex at all
