We've been living here now for a few months and love it. Rachel and Nick in the office are fantastic and the maintenance crew is great. Any issues we've had have been taken care of promptly. It's quiet, clean, well maintained and I like the community events they put on. My dog has made since great friends and he absolutely adores Rachel. The price is a bit of a budget stretch for us but it's worth it for everything we get in return. They've set the bar high.
I just moved here about a month ago and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and for the price it's so spacious!

I absolutely love this place! Some of my favorite things are the nice office staff members, my awesome neighbors, the pool/hot tub, sand volleyball court, free 24/7 workout room, and everything else =). 100% recommend the Fairways to anyone!
