The staff are all so amazing and helpful! We loved living at Fairways and were sad to move away! The facilities are spectacular as well. We love the pool, clubhouse, and dog park!!

I used to love this place but since newer employees are choosing awful & rude tenants, I no longer love it here! It’s really sad to this place going to the dump! Tenants spitting outside apartment doors & leaving trash around. Just nice...

Moved my Grandaughter in to her first Apt. on her own. Loved the property and the staff was amazing in helping her get in. My granddog loves the bark park. I think Alex has a hard time getting her to leave. I know she is safe and very happy in her new home. Thank You!!

Our family has been a resident for 3 years and are proud to call Fairways home! The community looks superb and always nicely decorated! The office has great management and customer service for us is always fabulous! Maintenance is experienced and I have always had any issues corrected in a timely manner and done right the first time! Rachel "Pontificates" in her office as if on a throne. She is not our boss, or superior. She is nothing but manager of a facility that has lost its luster . The problem has always been ( and getting worse ) that it sits Juxtaposed to a apartment complex that is probably 80% section eight. The problems and ramifications of living next to a section 8 housing complex can be pervasive.They are starting to creep westward are direction.
