Love living here and very family friendly. The only thing is I don't like is that rent went up after the first year.

Every think is great! The staff is helpful and offers lots of community involvement. The dark park is really nice and I like the addition of the solar light for when I walk my dogs after dark.
Everyone at Fairways has been over the top helpful since the first time I entered the property. You will not find a place more beautiful and more quiet. June 19th can not arrive fast enough!!
I had great experiences here the year and how ever many moths I've been here. All maintenance issues have been answered quickly and haven't had much to complain about. At times it bugs me kids keep slipping behind my Appartment and disappearing into to the woods but kids will be kids.
