lived here 2 years. worst place ever. over priced, charge for everything. property manager Rachel is a joke. took over a month to get my dishwasher replaced when it was broken. Stray cats everywhere and people feeding them which attracts them more. do not live here, you will regret.

The Office Management is unbelievable nice and willing to work with you. Not only the Office Management but the Maintenance and everyone involved with The Fairways of Royal Oak. I would recommend coming here to live. It’s AMAZING!!!
I absolutely recommend Fairways at Royal Oak. Living here over the past 2 years has been an absolute pleasure. The apartments are well-kept, and in an atmosphere that is very hard to find in Cincinnati - it's quiet & peaceful and you don't here everything your neighbor is doing. The staff has always been friendly, the amenities are great (having a pool in the summer rocks), and I loved having the quiet community set a bit off the road so traffic & noisy neighbors weren't always heard. Love this community. I have lived here for a little over one year and can’t say enough about the beauty that is within the community as well as surrounding it. Recently signed another year and was told that the community was adding spectrum service which I already had. Their negotiated rate has dropped my monthly cost related to rent and Cable and high-speed Internet services.
