As a community member, it is disappointing that Fairway Investments persistently avoids public comment about Brookwood Village in various media reports, including the most recent one by WVTM13. They might be owners of a private property, but as Fairway stated in its 2021 announcement of the mall's purchase, it serves a community. Taken 4+ months for new washer and dryer. It is still not installed & sitting in the hallway outside my door for the last week. Took $15 off one month of rent it costs me $20/week to go to laundry mat & extremely difficult because I am disabled.
