Our work with Eric started about 3 years before when he showed us the path to home ownership so call him now, it’s never too late<br /> <br /> <br />

Jim and his team communicated with us every step of the process, whether it was text, phone, or email. When my husband and I had questions or needed something clarified, everyone was great explaining them to us. Fairway absolutely did everything they could to help us refinance our home, and we appreciate all of their efforts.<br /> <br /> <br />

The process was very invasive and they promised they would close by a specific date and they did not meet that date. They also charged me a rush fee which they promised my agent (my agent has it in text and recorded) that they would credit my account and they never did. I would not do business with this group again.

It is important to note that events do occur that are outside Fairways control that *** delay a loan closing. As a lender, we strive to always close on time, and we are happy that we could assist ******************** with the purchase of his new home.
In the beginning they were very good and responsive, but when it came time to give us the details of the loan, they became completely unresponsive and did not return any emails, texts or phone calls. I cannot get anyone to respond to me after they did a hard inquiry on ky credit and now we have lost an opportunity to buy a house at this time. We would not recommend them.

Matt E**** and his Fairway Mortgage (HomeFinity) team provided great support and guidance during a difficult VA refinance process. I particularly want to commend Matt for his prompt and clear responses when I had questions and for smoothing the way forward when there were delays in getting to closing. Katie Kain was also prompt and informative regarding paperwork submittals. I worked with Stacy & her manager. I was sent messages saying we had to lock my rate & then they’d say it isn’t a good idea after I got all that they asked for. During the approval process, Stacy asked me the same questions multiple times which really made me feel she was not organized. One time she said she didn’t know if my rate was locked and said her manager was supposed to do it.Stacy was a middle person relaying messages for her manager who would flip flop back & forth in the background. Randy was amazing and made the entire process so simple and easy. We needed to have things done in half of the normal timeframe. He didn't hesitate to tell us not to worry and he'd be sure everything was done on time. He had everything done on time and didn't make the process any more work for us even though I'm sure it was a lot of extra work for him. Highly recommend!<br /> <br /> <br />
