I was thrilled with the service I received from Kristy as we navigated a loan. There were some unexpected bumps in the road and she helped us work through them. She was also very patient with me as using technology is not one of my strengths. Everything worked out well.

Chris *******has been my "go to lender" for as long as I can remember. This is my first time working with him at Fairway and it was by far the best. I would not use the company. We got our mortgage through them 3 years ago. One day they contacted me and said all of their mortgages info has been leaked and compromised. Includes my social, loan info, bank info and so on!! Oh don't worry though, they will give me a free year of protection ". Are you freakingkidding me!!! I have an escrow for my taxes. Last year I get a letter from my county saying I now have a 400 dollar late fee, and my taxes have not been paid. They didn't even pay my **** taxes at the end of the year. I ... read more

When we pulled his credit report, the credit bureaus (not Fairway) sent trigger leads to other lenders. This is unfortunate but beyond Fairways control. Stu and his team were incredibly proactive, consultative and solutions-oriented. My situation was nervous-making: having to buy before I sold and wanting to do some remodeling sooner rather than later.
