I am a homeowner who is selling my house. I had a potential buyer for it who was pre-approved for a home mortgage loan by Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. My realtor and I were consistently told that the potential buyer was excited and ready to close on my property. Well, a week and a half prior the closing, my realtor was informed that that buyer had to add a co-signer to the contract.
