My kids love it here. We’ve been here a month so far and it’s been great. Any issues we’ve had were taken care of by Kelcie and maintenance so quickly! Kelcie is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, it’s nice and quiet here. Reading the reviews I was worried at first but we have had absolutely no issue with any transients in the garbage or messing with our cars, peaceful neighbors. Anything that ever goes wrong with my apartment gets fixed within the same day or next day. Management is always super nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend this location.
BEWARE, most of their apartments are usually going through legal proceedings. So if you apply, their availability shown on their website is false. We applied back in late March and waited until July with no response or updates after trying to reach out via email and phone countless times. We know a tenant that lives there and they had to break the news to us that they finally evicted the tenants from the unit we applied for which was completely and utterly trashed/inhabitable. I was visit at Fairway Estates today at 4:15. After getting information about the application, the lady sitting there insulted me. We made a one-time call at the office and she said, "You called me 10 times, and the voice mails got burnt." She got up from his chair and tried to hit me. Don’t visit here
Any negative feedback about management would definitely be towards Kelcie! Doesn’t take long for her to show her true colors. It should not be a problem for them to be attending to tenants as that’s part of their job. I’ve seen her being rude to other tenants as well. Anytime We go in to speak with her it’s never more than 5 minutes. We corrected her on a policy towards the lease since she told us to go over it pertaining to payments for rent as we were potentially wrong regarding a policy.
