I was visit at Fairway Estates today at 4:15. After getting information about the application, the lady sitting there insulted me. We made a one-time call at the office and she said, "You called me 10 times, and the voice mails got burnt." She got up from his chair and tried to hit me. Don’t visit here
Any negative feedback about management would definitely be towards Kelcie! Doesn’t take long for her to show her true colors. It should not be a problem for them to be attending to tenants as that’s part of their job. I’ve seen her being rude to other tenants as well. Anytime We go in to speak with her it’s never more than 5 minutes. We corrected her on a policy towards the lease since she told us to go over it pertaining to payments for rent as we were potentially wrong regarding a policy. Fairway Estates is a neat and well- kept apartment community that is older but has nice features and is in a quiet area of Manteca. They have covered parking which is nice! The staff was always available and answered all my questions and needs in a very acceptable time and were always very professional. I felt welcomed and safe while living here. The fees here are reasonable and moving out was an easy enough process. I would recommend living here and working the professional and kind staff.
I’m giving this place 1 star, and that’s me being nice, we moved there around June 2021. And this place is something else, the management is TERRIBLE! They keep switching management teams and they can’t keep track of anything! We hated that they would put notices on our door when they would come to do maintenance( which was pointless half the time) that same day!
