I don't know how you could improve your service to me. As always, I found the the staff to be exemplary in every way - From Maureen, Jenny to Dr. Trotter. It is always a pleasure to have my six month appointment (is that weird or what?)!!!!!
The person handling my appointment was wonderful. I'd made an appointment for the following day and, while choosing a time, I mentioned that I had an afternoon meeting. She called me the morning of my afternoon appointment and said she'd remembered my meeting conflict. She offered me the chance to come earlier. That was so kind and was evident that she'd listened to what I was saying. Thanks for that--- Also, my dentist called me that evening to see how I was doing. Unheard of!
