Your appointment reminders (telephone) are overkill and rude Your appointment reminders (telephone) are overkill and rude. A simple automated reminder (10 seconds) is more than enough. Anything more than that is wasting our message space. And asking us to take our time to call you back to let you know we will be there is very rude. Our time is as valuable as yours.
