I really loved this place when I first moved in , but now it’s one thing after another breaking, also no maintenance has even came to check on leaks or mold forming. Then today I wake up to getting charged more than 100 dollars on my rent for lights when I have my own light company �I’m very disappointed with this place !
They don't care about their residents. I live here and I have had a leaking ceiling and leaky ac unit for over two weeks and none has yet come and check anything out. They charge for yard maintenance monthly and my patio has been cut once since moving in.
Property infested with roaches. Be careful what you sign, read every word of lease etc & beware of unethical behavior management practices
Being an older complex they have their little hiccups now and again. Those of us that live here know that, but the staff more than makes up for it .The leasing office is always sweet , and understanding. The Maintenance technicians especially Steve are always prompt ,professional, and just all around nice people. That in itself is why I gave 5 stars.
Very blessed to call this place home. God truly blessed us with a great home and a great manager and assistant manager. It's very rare you will get a manager who is not behind a computer all day in a/c but we have a manager who can pull weeds in 100 degree weather and isn't afraid to touch a dirty rag. Dislike all the bad reviews, when we clearly have a great manager who does everything she can for residents while maintaining what she has to do as a property manager.
The two young lady's working at the administrating position have the clear understanding of their responsibilities to their customers and accomplishment of necessary action when the need arises. While living in this Fairway Apartments, It has been a pleasure to have been a resident of this establishment .
