Do not live here.... These apartments are the worst ever. Do not let the white paint fool you...it's just a coat over all the mold on the walls! Management will tell you they will fix problems but they never come through. I moved out in January due to the same AC issues, water on floors, and all kind of leaks. I had more than 4 different maintenance men try to fix the issues... and still nothing! These people will keep procrastinating and make up all kinds of excuses. I lived there for two years, sure the were little problems but the maintenance men were very prompt to taking care and finding the solutions, specially Matt! Thank you Joel, for being an excellent manager, I know you are trying your best to upgrade the apartments. Thank you Stephanie for always being so welcoming. �
Our manager, Joel, and Stephanie, the assistant, are doing an incredible job of upgrading and improving our complex. Since this has been our home for the last seven years, that means a lot! Thank you! Thank you for the Residen it's Appreciation breakfast this morning. What a nice surprise!

These apartments are a joke, my husband and I would never recommend anyone to live there. I was miserable there if it wasn't the AC it was a leak, and if it wasn't one of those it would be that our rent would fluctuate between$250-$350, for water is what they said. I don't think so not with just both of us.
Don't stay here!! My husband was working there and on our lease agreement, we would be paying monthly only, we only stayed ONE month!! The lady who was Manager hated that my husband decided to quit due to him hearing that she was threatening to fire him for NO reason so, he put his 2 weeks notice in..after that, I get a letter in the mail saying I owe them $5,000!! I will be fighting this cause I have PROOF that we only stayed one month and we were to pay monthly, please be careful, I wouldn't live here ever again!! My husba... read more
Great place to call home. When I first moved in I had a few bumps with repairs, but they were quick to repair the issues and make things right for me. Friendly office staff.
