We have lived here 3 years and all 3 years have always had problems with both units we have lived in past management before was great and did what they Can when there hands weren’t tied & work with us accordingly but things have changed and again for 3rd time new management with no compasión of what we have been dealing with as residents.Very poor maintenance, poor communication, appearance of property is very poor and only cleaned when new ads go up or for Facebook or move in special I feel attention should be focused on wh... read more
I loved it when I first moved in, but then started having ac problems. The neighbors apartment above me had a tub leak that was coming down into mine. they never dried up the floor so it stayed wet till it dried on its own. The neighbors were noisy, cops were always there, the maintenance man that was there was always in the office. He was lazy and didn’t like coming out to look at things after hrs.
Recommendedfriendly staff and tennants. Been good for me and my family so far.
Mary and Christine are amazing to work with! They were able to get us an apartment that was comparable to the apartment with roof damage that we have lived in for 2 years. I truly believe there will be issues anywhere you live, it's about the attitude you have and the people in the office that make the difference. My family and I will remain at Fairway until we purchase. Mary and Christine have worked so well with us to make things right and compensate us for any inconvenience. Truly good people.

A roach infested ,please be aware of the scam artist they are,make sure to look at everything you they show you.
This place is horrible!! Don't waste your money!! They don't even deserve a �!!! Please read the other reviews! They just want to scam you for your money!
