The staff was absoluely awesome!! Janeen is the best RN!!!
My nurse was THE only one who didn't talk down to me. All the other staff didn't listen, took forever to respond to my chest pain and S.O.B. Second time in under 3 months I've been told it's in my head or I'm making it up. No thanks, would rather go anywhere else than there. I think I know my own body and my rate condition better than your staff. The fact that I have to educate your staff and request that you call my regular doctor so he can explain it and they don't. I'm better off on my own with my epi pen and Benadryl.
They were very good to Brayden besides the wait made getting a shot in the butt for his strep tolerable 2 big Popsicles and about 50 stickers.
Got in a room pretty fast with my son but the wait in the room was longer as they were super busy. Child life person was awesome and so was doc. Love ridges!
So this is the second time we’ve come to this E/R in less than year. I’ve been pleased both times with all the staff. In the short years of my sons life, we have been to many hospitals and I’ve been very happy with everyone here. Glad it’s our nearest ER. Jon, the R/N on our second visit was incredible. Very patient and eased our worries.
