Absolutely horrible expirence at this facility. Pediatrics were awesome. For the emergency room staff 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Went in with my 7 month old son and was completely a parents worst nightmare. Clueless doctors. Just go to children’s and hope your child survives til you get there cause there ain’t no help in this place.

Was billed at a higher level through the ER than the level the Dr actually billed for. Actually the highest level before critical care for my daughters fractured wrist. She wasn’t even crying when she went in. They’re claiming it’s okay. Article from time magazine says that it should be the same or lower than what the Dr bills for. And ERs nationwide are overcharging patients because they can. When I called to clarify this and get her medical record they sent me someone else’s record too. Not impressed.

My daughter dislocated her elbow at the park. Ridges was the closet hospital. We were ushered in quickly. The nurse was there within a few minutes and had her on and IV and relieved the pain. The entire staff, doctor, nurses, techs, aids were all amazing. Something as simple as a warm blanket to pain management was taken care of swiftly. I would absolutely say that these are some of the best medical professionals and I thank you all for taking care of my daughter.

Not the cleanest hospital I’ve been to. Doctors and nurses were great but the bathroom smelled like urine and there were silverfish on the floor in the ER 🤷🏼‍♀️

No wait, RN was amazing and so was the doc I had. Thank you for the empathetic bedside manner and care.

Deceptive practices subcontracting ER docs to bill you twice, and doc bill will be out of network even though the hospital is in network.

I go to this location because it can see my full chart. Unfortunately I go to the ER frequently due to my health issues. It's 50/50 if I get a good nurse and Doctor. When I do get a friendly caring nurse and doctor it's great! When it's a bad visit it's usually when I have to go late at night and early mornings. There's this guy who is very rude and makes me feel stupid. The Doctor he works with is horrible!!! They make me feel stupid.. It's like I'm here for you to tell me what's wrong. I had to walk out one time because th... read more
