The entire staff from the volunteer all the way to discharge were wonderful and caring. Dr. Joseph Burns was very attentive and listened to my daughter. We were treated well by two different shifts. With my daughters mobility issues and her pain issues they let her take the lead on transfers, dressing, and undressing. Very good experience.

Left and went elsewhere. Waited 3 1/2 hours in lobby with patients in gowns all waiting for treatment. Got help in 15 minutes at another facility

This was my second visit in two days. The first doctor I saw thought I just had muscle spasms in my neck and I could hear my nurse joking with others about my pain and difficulty swallow. Everyone was nice and helpful. I had a nurse (who wasn't my nurse) saw me going to the bathroom without any socks on and told me to wait. She helped me put on the socks so that I don't slip and fall. I love it how they care for you even though you are not their patient. Great experience!

We were there last Friday afternoon and it was beyond busy. Even so, each nurse and the MD Dr Wong were kind, attentive, and provided excellent care. Superb staff and spectacular care. For the record I am a nurse and the patient was my mom, so the expectations were high and they exceeded them!!

The ER was too busy to get me in a room for a while but they got me in a bed and took care of me and my CT scan was quick, and when surgery was necessary everyone was wonderful.
