As if an ER visit alone isn't bad enough, add nurses with zero compassion and a completely clueless doctor. Top notch experience here previously, so I hope this was just a fluke.
I was on the 6th floor of the hospital visiting my mom who had back surgery when I went into a seizure the nurses and doctors responded quickly and they rushed me down to the emergency room when I finally came to it the nurses were very nice the doctor and nurses came and checked on me several times you could just tell in their work ethics they loved their job and cared about me which means a lot

I go to this location because it can see my full chart. Unfortunately I go to the ER frequently due to my health issues. It's 50/50 if I get a good nurse and Doctor. When I do get a friendly caring nurse and doctor it's great! When it's a bad visit it's usually when I have to go late at night and early mornings. I was there ,Christmas day, I was. in a lot of pain, couldn't speak because of an in my mouth, the whole staff was excellence, even the e.n.t. doctor came in on Christmas day to do the procedure!
Was brought back immediately and all staff were excellent! Thank you for the wonderful care!

Always a great place when your at your worst
TERRIBLE!!! Waited 4.5 hours for a CT scan because Urgent Care doc suspected appendicitis. Never got the scan; was told I was still 3rd or 4th in line!!!! Doc ordered pain meds that were never given. Didn’t see staff for hours!!!!! Worst ER I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived in many different states!!!
