The ER was too busy to get me in a room for a while but they got me in a bed and took care of me and my CT scan was quick, and when surgery was necessary everyone was wonderful.
Horrible emergency room, horrible wait time, rude nurses and staff. Stay away if possible! I will not go there anymore.
staff was really nice and fixed me right up this morning. my 2nd time there in about a yr and both times left feeling much better.
Horrible service. The nurses are so rude and I am beyond dissappointed in how we are being treated. We are in a room that is a closet and doesn't have a regular door. Just a great place to put a mom and 2 little kids and an infant. Super slow which I can understand since there are more severe emergencies, but that isn't a reason to be rude.

There was no communication between any of the staff working there that were in charge of taking care of my father. Prescriptions were written incorrectly. Wrong insurance information was used which delayed us getting a nebulizer for 2 xtra hrs. It was not until we begged for the nurse to just get a written prescription because we found one at a local pharmacy that they finally were able to use the correct insurance and get us what we needed. No wait, RN was amazing and so was the doc I had. Thank you for the empathetic bedside manner and care.
My nurse was THE only one who didn't talk down to me. All the other staff didn't listen, took forever to respond to my chest pain and S.O.B. Second time in under 3 months I've been told it's in my head or I'm making it up. No thanks, would rather go anywhere else than there. I think I know my own body and my rate condition better than your staff. The fact that I have to educate your staff and request that you call my regular doctor so he can explain it and they don't. I'm better off on my own with my epi pen and Benadryl.
i have unfortunately had to br both admitted here and gone through ER. to date, i have experienced great bed side manners from both nurses and doctors. they have taken great care of me
