It took 4 hrs to get x-rays taken. 4 hrs. That's f@&$))( ridiculous.
Dr Mary Whal is the BEST doctor ever. I never have a long waiting time to see her, she's extremely patient friendly. Treats you like you've been friends forever.
Terrible service except one nurse i was left to walk out on my own unsteady with my cane. Use the lobby bathroom take off electrodes myself hours later. I had episode of afib totally exhausted by it . Released still in afib told nothing we can do for yousince i didnt want electric paddles. I took medicine when i got home that was told might help. We were there last night with my niece who broke her arm. She is 9 (1st time in the er) All the nurses and staff were very excellent with her and very patient as it was her very first time in the ER. They took very good care of her. They were excellent with us too. Let us all stay by her side through the whole thing. They made her feel happy and safe. Took the time to explain everything to her on what they were going to do and what everything was and how it was going to help her. For how busy it was they took care of us very... read more
Worst emergency room ever. waited 40 minutes and left .. my daughter had a sever ear ache and they didn't see her important enough to take her in as soon as possible... took in other people who came in after me... st Francis emergency has never done this to me... never go to fairview hospitals or emergency ever again ...
Professional, Knowledgeable, Respectful Very helpful thoural efficient. ....
It's fine. Separate or together seating . Plenty of space. A TV. A phone for the hearing impaired. Gaurd at the front desk. A cleaning lady came through. Hand sanitizers at the entry, exit. Nice workers.
