The transition from HealthEast to Fairview has been unwanted and disappointing. Any time I call to make an appointment I sit on hold for at least fifteen minutes and then I am sometimes unable to schedule the care I need at my clinic. It’s also upsetting to see Bethesda Hospital shut down, especially since they were most recently a dedicated COVID hospital and a place where people worked hard to provide excellent care.

As for Bethesda, we’re merely moving those beds and that excellent care to St. Joseph’s, where we will keep the specialized COVID-unit open for as long as the community needs it. hours ago DOCTOR WITH MENTAL ILLNESS PRACTICING MEDICINE UNCHECKED AT ST JOHNS HOSPITAL. went into the emergency room I was running a fever and was having neurological issues. My daughter has order for a COVID test and was seen by a physician virtually on Thursday at 10am. He was great and the appointment went very smoothly. I was supposed to wait for a call to get scheduled...no call came. I called this morning (Friday) got passed to several different people, and she is not able to get an appointment until late Sunday morning and then 1-3 days for results. This is ridiculous!!! Before HealthEast in Maplewood was bought out by M Health Fairview, their phone service was great! Now that it's a part of a big "network", the wait time has been 30minutes plus. And communication between the different channels are disappointing.

How do you RESCHEDULE someone’s Covid test prior to surgery, swear up and down that it will be resulted before surgery, then call 30 min prior to check in saying it’s not resulted and you can’t come in the building. WE LEFT AT 5 AM WE LIVE NORTH OF THE CITIES I HAVE A WEEK OFF WORK YOU GUYS LITERALLY DID THIS. Currently sitting OUTSIDE the building, since we’re not allowed in, even though check in is at 7- we’re supposed to just sit in the parking lot till you call. Unbelievable. Absolutely unreal.
Apparently you guys are ok with hiring cyber bullies as your medical staff.
Don't use OnCare! Terrible experience, pretty sure I was "seen" by a moderately complex computer workflow and charged more than my co-pay for basically no meaningful care. It looks to me like M Health is trying to reduce service while increasing revenue. :(
