The first time I went to this pet hospital, both the doctor and the receptionist were very nice, so I transferred all three of my cats here and even recommended it to my friends. But during the following visits, the receptionist's attitude was extremely cold and she didn't even greet me, which made me very embarrassed. I'm thinking of switching to another pet hospital. Does anyone have any recommendations?
