We had a wonderful experience buying our Certified Pre-Owned Jetta today! Greg Webb helped us do everything online. When we got there this morning, our car was waiting out front for us. All we had to do was sign the paperwork. The whole thing was quick and easy! We were on the road in under an hour!

After 3 attempts to contact the service department to get pricing on service for my 2012 CC, I spoke to 2 different operators who both put me into the automated loop. I don't want to press 1 or 2, which i did all 3 times and it just returns back to the same phine menu. I want to talk to a human being and not brushed off into the phone system. Customer service sucks everywhere these days
Great experience, went in for an oil change came out with a new car! Saw one I loved on the showroom floor. Asked some questions and not for one minute did I get the brush because I was a women! A couple hours later I drove my sharp new car home! Everyone was wonderful!
