Great experience at Fairfield Volkswagen, everyone was very friendly, professional and worked together as a team. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I couldn't any be happier with my new r-line Jetta, it was definitely worth the upgrade from the standard. They have made a lifetime customer out of me!!!!
Absolutely terrible experience I will never step foot in this dealership or any kings dealership again!! They had my car for at least 2 weeks and charged me 450 dollars just to tell me I should buy a used car from them because my car wasnt worth the money to fix as they told me it needed an ecm and a gauge cluster which they quoted me about 4 to 5 thousand dollars for.... Dubwerx fixed the problem by programming a key to the car for 400 dollars which was obviously the problem in the first place... this place would rather sel... read more
