The service was horrible they only pick up the towels and trash and dont clean the bathroom or change your bedding. There was no water pressure or HOT water ever if you took your shower at night nope or in the morning. The free breakfast was not great.
Terrible Service... We asked Bryce on several occasions to accommodate us for our Thanksgiving Day visit with nothing more than an additional comfortable chair, or a room with at least 2 chairs, and every time we checked back in, with luggage still on the caddy, it was like the first time he ever met us. The location is good, but the service alone makes me question if I will ever stay with Marriott again.
I reserved a room 10/30/25 and 10/31/25 and my total bill (tax and all) was $332 but my card was charged $450. After bringing it to their attention they acknowledged that I had been overcharged to which i was told they would add the overcharge back into my account. Needless to say its been 3 weeks now and still no refund but to make matters worse, I’ve called several, several times to contact the manager Brian and he’s never in the office and he never returns my call's!
