Great staff, clean rooms, close to the grocery store and the beach is wonderful. The water stays shallow quite a ways out
This may be a long review but I just have to get all my feelings out. To start off, this hotel is absolutely perfect location wise, it’s in a perfect walking distance of several local restaurants, shops, a neighborhood walmart, gas stations, and the beach. This has been the worst experience from Marriott and I’ve Been a Bonvoy member since 2010. Staying at Fairfield Inn in Orange Beach room 322 , 9/18/26-9/20/26. Shower is good. Pool coping needs repainting. A/C in rooms don't work properly. All the rugs, bedding, my clothes are damp with moisture. The ice mahine on the third floor not working for a long time. Then this morning they decided to stop breakfast at 9:00 instead of 9:30 . Nothing to eat. No managers to speak to about this. Will never come back here. This is not the way to run a business.
Excellent staff very helpful an eager to help you and a wonderful location around activities and places to eat
