Within minutes of entering room was discovered the cleaning staff completely missed a sludge of human excrement covering the bottom base of the toilet as the toddler was two hands deep in it. Front desk had no resolution so had to clean it ourselves, then to top it off neither the wifi or hardline Internet worked so the TV wouldn't connect to ANYTHING even basic tv channels. Manager has not responded after multiple calls and messages. Will NEVER return.
Staff was accommodating! 1The beach was like 4 blocks away & across the street. The pool was small for as many rooms as they had. The fridge & microwave were hidden in cabinets that you had to bend down to get too. Breakfast was OK but not all that great. The room doors were heavy & if you didn't ease them shut they slammed

As a platinum elite member I stayed here Sept 2nd. Brian the manager went over and beyond to make sure my stay was great.
