DISGUSTING. Stayed there Fri 6/8/18 for the Shawshank Prison run. The room seemed well presented until we pulled the bed covers down and a dozen or so PUBIC HAIRS lay on a wrinkled sheet. Had to go down and request clean sheets and pillow cases (that I had to put on). I had seen stories like this on the news, never thought I would actually see it. We were so disgusted we didn't even use the shower or towels, thinking all they did was gather up the previous used towels off the floor and just fold them and put them back on the... read more
Enjoyed my stay and they have an awesome breakfast in the morning one of the best I've ever had and I travel many days throughout the year

Our stay was enjoyable. The only dissapontments were the breakfest and the pool area. Two kinds of eggs and two kinds of sausage, would have liked to see more variety. The hot tub needed pressure washed or something, not sure exactly. The towels in the pool were like child size. The room was fine no complaints, minimal noise, and nice staff.
Great Hotel! Great staff! Clea. Facility! Front desk staff was great and the manager was awesome! He even printed out things to do on the 4th of July! Came down from Florida on business for 2 weeks and the staff at Mansfield really knows how to make their guests feel at home! I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Mansfield!
