Fairfield Ford failed me. I bought a 2013 Ford Escape and the engine blew at 70k. Replaced the engine for $5000 just for the check engine light to come on again. Supposedly it’s a sensor and they were going to call me back in a day or two to get the new sensor put in, it’s been two weeks... unreal
Yesterday, I had the privilege of working with Jim Fink of Fairfield Ford in Montoursville. Jim is an impeccable professional who really went the extra mile, and then some, to find us a vehicle that fit our budget and our preferences. He checked every Fairfield dealership *and* their auction inventory, and within hours of our visit had brought a vehicle to his location for us to look at. The area's "most trusted dealership" just sent out some very shady marketing flyers.
Using fake prize giveaways to con people out of their free time, shame on you. That's some sketchy used car lot crap. I'll never buy a car from someone like that.
