Returning customer: 3 Volkswagens. ESC Error Stabilization control and tire light on. Guy at service desk said he never saw that before. Couldn’t get me in till Thursday or Friday was leaving the area on Wednesday. All of a sudden the service desk said drive it it’ll be fine. Really...he had no idea what it was five minutes ago. I realize marketing is marketing and required to sell and grow. But bait n switch is down right dirty and illegal. If your sales game says I won a 50" tv and I walk away with a $15 Smart Phone. I say your methods are bs.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. We went in for a sweepstakes event and waited 15 minutes and no one said a word to us. We were told to make an appointment beforehand but that didn’t seem to matter. We watched multiple people who walked in after us be approached and greeted with no one recognizing we were even there. I obviously will not ever consider buying a car there and will make sure my family and friends do the same.
Nick Camburn was a delight to work with. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Nick!
