I recently purchased a 2013 ford mustang had it 2 weeks starting making a strange noise so I took it to my mechanic and there were holes in the exhaust that was patched by some liquid substances. well it didn't hold up! And they inspected it this way! I'm completely disappointed! And would not recommend Fairfield ford to anyone! The exhaust should have been replaced! And also my mechanic told me that the break pads are questionable to! Looks like somebody just slapped a sticker on it and put it on the lot!

Went to buy a new truck. Haggled and had us sign that if we could get a certain amount for our trade it would be a done deal. Well all of a sudden the finance guy comes out and says that they had a computer glitch and all of a sudden the price increased to $6,000 MORE! Then he said that the figures showing we weren’t being logical so I said so you are calling me illogical and he was like I didn’t say that- okay but what’s the opposite of logical? Got our keys back and walked out!
As a first time customer to Fairfield Ford, Chuck Wood showed excellent customer service. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He understood my needs and I felt no pressure to purchase although I did. I am so happy with the service I received not only from Chuck, but from Eric, the business manager, as well. They made my buying experience stress free and exciting. I will definitely be happy to send anyone to Fairfield Ford and I feel confident I will be a returning customer as well.

RecommendedThis was the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Chuck was the one who helped me find the car I wanted. He listened to my concerns and what I was looking for and really needed since I commute to work and I had an older car that doesnt do good in bad weather. He answered all the questions that I had and was very professional and helpful. I ended up getting a volkswagen alltrack golf from here. I will hands down reccomend this place. They put care into there work and helping you find a car that fits you. Thank you!
