The room was ok, standard hotel room. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and accommodating. Specifically, Jojo at the front desk helped my family throughout their stay. This location has a firepit with seating around it and not only did she help us get it set up, but she reached out to her coworkers when she didn't know what the next step was. I retired to Florida and was in need of a left knee replacement. Florida's health care system is the worst. I needed an affordable place to stay for 6 weeks. Fairfield Inn and Suites in Wallingford was my choice. It exceeded my expectations. First word put of my mouth is CLEAN. You could eat of the floors. Second words KIND COURTEOUS.
