This is a newer property with free parking. Modern and welcoming lobby area with comfortable seating to catch up with friends. The gym and indoor pool areas have great natural light and were very clean. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. Decent sized shower and bathroom. Plenty of usb and power outlets, but no usb-c outlets. I picked this hotel because it is only 20 minutes (14 miles) from the FirstBank Amphitheater. It is located near a mall and dining options. J. This is the second time we've stayed here and they are truly the best. The staff here at Fairfield are kind, accommodating, and a perfect representation of what customer should look like. Thank you for making us feel at home!
Manager and receptionist are dismissive about fraud claims at the hotel. No response from manager after two attempts. Credit card was charged for purchases at the hotel that was incorrect. Also, heard one of the male receptionist commenting on a customer's appearance during a phone call with another worker. Very unprofessional.
