My daughter, who is a new pet owner and college student was treated with the most unprofessional service by the manager at this place. The manager, Tawny Spidle went as low as to threaten to call the cops because she didn’t know how to handled a simple situation and stay professional. So disgusted with her services and her remarks. While the doctor was great, the customer service was HORRIBLE and so unprofessional.

I've been going to Fairfield Animal Hospital for the last 3 years when my best friend Angela drop or pick up her fury ones being treated. Now that the office is directly less than a block away we finally took our elderly fury one, CeeCee. Dr. Harris was amazing!
