I was running a few minute late and called to ask if I could keep my appointment. Spoke to Dianne and she was very accommodating, and worked me into the schedule. Kim was technician who conducted my scan and was very helpful.

I hate you don't have a sign on the building, mor even the building address number. Or even a sign at the elevator in the underground garage. It's worse than confusing plus all the traffic on park street. Your signage is a failure.
