All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Todo el personal es amigable y profesional. Mi Madre con 102 años fue atendida de la mejor manera. Les estoy agradecido por su cuidado.

I can tell they take pride in their office's appearance. They are well organized, this is a serious business. They always answer the phones in a polite manner. I am never put on hold for a long time and I am transferred immediately to my desired location. The nurses are caring and my sister's room is immaculate. I can always count on them to be there for me. This is the best facility I have found for my sister. The place is always clean, employees are respectful and caring. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was downright irritating! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect
