Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Not one bit Did the staff at this senior care facility use excessive foul language? Yes! It was very unprofessional! No Did this nursing home answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Would you recommend this nursing home to others? Absolutely Not

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails.
