Fair bean falls short of potential – I was really excited to try this shop last week, it?s cute, close to home and not too crowded. I?m sorry to say that I was really disappointed. I?ve never written a complaint to a company before, so I?m not just being dramatic. Here?s what went wrong; I came in, there were 2 people behind the counter, a guy and a girl. Great coffee and goodies at any time – Not only a fair trade place but also THE coffee place in South Austin, with excellent service and delicious Latin American salty goodies like "pancitos de queso" to try along with a "cafe pintado" or any of the teas. By the way, the Healthy Shake is tremendous! (it's a whole meal in itself). In addition to the wi-fi service, the couches add a very cozy atmosphere to the place perfect to take my customers in there...I'm a Custom Door business owner. Salud!
Total package of product, service, proprietor, atmosphere and business purpose makes for a very satisfying experience. – My wife and I were in need of a cup of coffee while X-mas shopping. We were dragging and dropped into Fair Bean Coffee for the first time.
