This place is great. No complaints, and the coffee is incredible. See if they will do a fresh drip coffee for you. Unreal!

Great Customer Service – I think Fair Bean is a great place to go by and enjoy a coffee or tea. I especially love their cafe mochas and how they serve them in actual coffee cups (makes me feel at home). Every time I have been to Fair Bean I have been greeted by baristas that are friendly and personal. I believe Fair Bean is a great asset to the local community and that's why I would recommend them to my friends. I think I will go by Fair Bean right now, I suggest you do the same.
as fresh as it gets – I went looking for a coffee shop I'd never been to, and this Sunday I stopped in at the Fair Bean. Now, I've read the other reviews, and what I haven't heard mentioned thus far is just how serious this guy (the owner) is about making great coffee. I mean, the Dude was cooking (baking) some beans when I was there. You ever see one of the folks at Starbucks cooking their own? Not me. The coffee was great! Pretty cool place.
Free wifi. – I have to say the concept is good, the location is fabulous and the free wifi is exceptional. Though my husband is the coffee drinker says the coffee is just not strong enough. I too, as another reviewer said, would like to support local businesses. I have been to this coffee shoppe several times. and I can't help feeling a little unwelcome. Disappointing – I keep trying to give Fair Bean a chance and I walk away disappointed every time. My first visit, I actually had to instruct the barista on how to make a latte, which was bizarre. All 3 trips,which I've spaced out months apart, there has not been an improvement in their product. I ordered a latte today from a very surly and annoyed barista and it was horrible.
