Today I was contacted by the costumer satisfaction department, and was told they have a check for me. While I am disappointed in the length of time it took to get the money, I am satisfied that once upper management was made aware they made it right. Thank you! My husband and I bought a truck from Fahrney Buick GMC in January. They owe us $2500 for a cancelled extended warranty. It has been 5 months and they have not paid us a single dime, AND they never paid for the warranty either.
