I trust Fahrney with every single oil change! For a few extra dollars more than the competitors you get an oil change, tire rotation, and a wash and vacuum. I also work in town so on workdays I drop my car off and they shuttle me to work and pick me up at lunch. Best deal in town. Plus the customer coupons sent in the mail are really useful. 13 years and I’ve never missed an oil change and with the multipoint inspection I always know when it’s time to maintenance other issues in my car.
The service department is good and the waiting area is clean. I have not had a bad experience there since I got my car a little over two ago.
Upon entering the parking lot we were greeted and told that our vehicle and salesperson would be right with us and he was. Ralph had our prospective vehicle ready for us.
