Colt came out, asked why I was replacing the unit and found the recommended service questionable. He took a quick look and found a small issue within minutes. No customer service. Cant tell me when their tech will be at my house when I had scheduled for 3:00. All I got was 12 techs are working but have no idea when they will be done with their work. This was at 2:00 pm. Company has simply overbook and will get to you when they can. if I did that where I work I would be fired. Found a great company called Hanna Heating and conditioning. Called 30 minutes ago and they are here

RecommendedThere was an employee name Jeremy that was at my parents house doing some work he was very pleasant he seemed to be very knowledgeable in his job. I was asking him questions I'm a very nosy individual and I was impressed by how quick the job was done and how thorough it was! And how happy my parents were about it. I would definitely recommend this company!

We have called on Fahnestock in the Past, overnight of 12/8/17, our Furness quite cycling On, During the week between 12/11/17 & 12/14/17 we were taken to "The-Cleaners". The Tech, was out of control Wrong; we told him that The "Mother-Board" had been recently replaced, but he insisted that it was Bad, after putting a new board in, he realized that he had Goofed. His way of fixing the Bill was to split the Cost down the middle. My wife & I tried to tell him that it was Not "The Mother Board", so as you can imagine, I believe... read more
