Our heating and air we have serviced yearly and the service tech is very nice and very explanatory. We have had Fahnestock maintenance program for many years.
Great team to work with.
Waited on them to come to the house and do heater repairs, never showed up. They finally called and said they couldn't do the job. Wow. thanks for taking all day to tell us that and at a time when it was too late to call anyone else. Horrendous service.

we had to have them come out on the weekend and had the worst experience ever. first he tried to sell me parts that were not needed I told him if it did not fix the unit i would not pay for part then he changed his mind about what was wrong with it. and then he left the condensation tube off inside the unit and left. which flooded my geo thermal unit and ruined my wood floor and of course they deny any wrong doing. most incompetent company I have ever seen
