The wait time was excessive. At least the staff were honest in admitting that I was inadvertently overlooked and past over. They were very apologetic.

called on Wednesday and wanted to get in to see the doctor on Friday due to discomfort. Appointment staff did an outstanding job working me in to an all ready full schedule. When arrived i was called back early and had a great visit with the Doc.
Staff has always been professional, courteous, and timely.
