This team is incredible! I have been a patient for 4 years now, and am so impressed with the staff, surgery schedulers, and Dr. Hardee. They truly care for their patient's well being.

Dr Jones has been my urologist for a number of years. He and the staff are always excellent and expeditious. I quite like the "no nonsense" way of getting things done. They even squeezed me in at theÂRound Rock location when there was no room at Jollyville location.Â

As usual, the front desk and check out desk were excellent. Everyone was on time. I discussed my issue with Dr. Chopp and he came up with a product recommendation that I had never heard of before, even though I had done a great deal of research on the subject. I'll be trying it and will check back in the future.
Mixed reviews about this clinic. Dr. Chopp is professional. His bedside manner is bit dry but that sort of clicks with me. He take time to answer my questions. Relationship with the staff varies. It is disconcerting when I told them as I was leaving after scheduling a biopsy that I was taking coumadin. I was told "you should have said something."
