First experience, second visit for me. This was better as I didn't have to wait for twenty minutes while the doctor completed his prior appointments. Dr. Chopp is pretty cut and dried as presentation goes. I have a couple of questions which I plan to ask through the patient portal and see how that works. I'm still working on the issues which were presented in my appointments, but I'm happy with the direction we are headed.Â
I just had my last appointment at the Urology team in Round Rock yesterday. I've been seeing dr. Miranda Hardee for several years now. From the very first, she is always made me feel that she cares and is interested in what's going on with me and that she wants to help. Dr. Eric Geisler was highly recommended by my primary care doc and my cardiologist. They were spot on. Comfortable enough with him after 1st visit to schedule surgical procedure. Could not be more pleased with him or the results. Not only highly skilled in his specialty but has the best bedside manor of any doctor I have ever been to.Â
The Urology Team doctors and nurses are simply the best! Friendly, caring and knowledgeable, they explain the mysteries of urology and perform and prescribe solutions when necessary.

Friendly and attentive staff greet you upon arrival, wait times are very brief, and the medical staff, including nurses and PAs, are knowledgeable, supportive and open to any questions and discussionÂyou wish to have. I have been treated by 3 doctors here over the past 7 years, primarily Eric Giesler and Gordon Lang (the last couple of years), and I am very happy with the care and support they have given me.
