Let me start by saying I took my ring to Kay first and was quoted over $2k to fix my ring. On top of that, it took 2 weeks to mail it to the home office and get me a quote. After, I took it to Fagan. I took it in and had a quote 2 days later. It was a fraction of the cost Kay gave me! I had my ring back fixed and beautiful just one day after I approved the diamond. I am beyond pleased with Fagan Jewelers!

Ron Fagan is the BEST. My father passed away 2 years ago and my mother wanted her wedding set make into one ring. His design was amazing. He created a beautiful ring with the diamonds, added a few emeralds, and my mother is happier that I've seen her in a long time. She's like a little kid (81 years young). Thanks, Ron!!! Beatuful job.
