Total scam. This has got to worst payment processing company on the planet. Website sucks, their customer service is horrible. Fees are absurdly high and make no sense.

I can't even begin to understand why a school would put their finance at risk with this company. They are serious about nothing. IT security, tech support, charges documentation... All they seem to be about is processing payments, the rest (little details like what am I paying for what) don't seem to matter at all and if you call them you won't know what's going on. They reset internet accounts with no justification and with no way for tech support to unlock the situation. Just ridiculous DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FACTS!

This company is horrible. I don't feel comfortable giving any company my bank account information and allowing them to withdraw money from my eprsonal account. I've been burned quite a number of times doing that, so I don't do that anymore. So I choose to send a check. I send the check more than week before the due date. I send it through my bank's billpayer account. I have been sending checks this way for a decade and my bank has never gotten a check late to any merchant ever. I understand why schools use this company as it saves on having to hire an accountant/financial person. I do not understand why I the consumer have to pay into a service I don't want. I changed schools and had to pay 2 registration fees. Why? When the bank account is the same, its just the school that is different. If I could get away from using them I would.
